Casa Libre comes with the Premier membership, which includes access to 4 private beach clubs, a 4 - person and 6-person golf cart, access to Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, as well as access to tennis, pickleball, and a workout facility/gym. You also have your own personal Concierge always on hand to assist you.

From the moment you walk through the doors of Casa Libre, you'll be transported to paradise. The living area seems to be floating, looking out to an incredible view of blue sky, the sparkle of water from the pool, palm trees, and slivers of the ocean. The outdoor space off the living area is truly special, with covered outdoor dining for 12, perfect for family meals or entertaining. It also includes a gas grill and granite serving area with a pass-through window to the kitchen.

The patio area, including a plunge pool, is nestled high in the palm trees, catching the cool breezes and the sounds of the local birds and surf. It is extermely spacious with several cozy seating areas and 3 umbrellas for shade. The sunsets are truly special, as well as watching the moon rise and star gazing.

Casa Libre is perfect for families or larger groups, with four large bedrooms, each with its own outdoor sitting area or patio. Lower level bedrooms walkout to a private yard. There is a large TV den with a 70" Smart TV/satellite and giant lounge bed for relaxing and chilling after a day in the sun. Smart TVs in 3 bedrooms, living area, and TV den. Satellite in the main living area and TV den for news, sports, etc.

Las Palmas development has its own private 24-hour security. It’s a 2-minute walk or golf cart ride to the Pacifico Beach Club, a quick golf cart ride or walk to the cool village of El Anclote. Our local village is safe and friendly, with great markets, ice cream and coffee shops, fabulous shopping, wine shops, and excellent restaurants.

• Initial payment: 50% Deposit at least 3 days after execution of the rental agreement. 
• Final payment: 50% + security deposit (60) sixty days prior to the arrival date.
• 50% Refund: Rental fees are 50% refundable upon receipt of Guests’ written notice of termination of the Rental Agreement, at least (60) sixty days prior to the arrival date. 
• NO REFUND: Rental fees are NOT refundable to Guests when the notice of termination of the Rental Agreement is communicated with less than (60) sixty days prior to the Arrival Date, or it is NOT communicated at all (no-show). 
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is 100% refundable in any case when the guest does not occupy the property.
