Initial payment: 50% Deposit at least 3 days after execution of the rental agreement.
Final payment: 50% + security deposit (60) sixty days prior to the arrival date.
50% Refund: Rental fees are 50% refundable upon receipt of Guests’ written notice of termination of the Rental Agreement, at least (60) sixty days prior to the arrival date.
NO REFUND: Rental fees are NOT refundable to Guests when the notice of termination of the Rental Agreement is communicated with less than (60) sixty days prior to the Arrival Date, or it is NOT communicated at all (no-show).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is 100% refundable in any case when the guest does not occupy the property.
