• PAYMENT: A 50% deposit for the entire stay (Room rent and resorte fee) is required at time of booking. 50% Balance/final deposit + security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. Food Deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival.
  For reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, a full deposit is required at time of booking. For holiday bookings, the full deposit is due in full 90 days prior to arrival.
• CANCELLATION: The initial deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday period rentals, with a cancellation fee equal to two night’s rent and tax. Final deposits and fees are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to the ability to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
